If you are not completely satisfied with any product, simply return the unopened item along with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for replacement, exchange or refund.
Note: This does not include any shipping charges, dangerous good items and dangerous good handling fees, vaccines, prescription drugs, special order or drop ship items. Returned items showing signs of use are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Fetchmypetsmart is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Pet Supermarket. Any merchandise that is in used condition or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.
Note: All VIP Rewards Points earned on purchases that are subsequently returned will be deducted from a customer’s total points balance in your VIP account.
